Our Doctors are available for Telehealth after hours, 7 days a week.
We are open from 6pm - 9pm on Weekdays and from 1pm - 6pm on weekends and public holidays. You don’t have to wait hours for the first available doctor.

Common telehealth services
These services may be suitable when the doctor can safely assess your concern remotely
Simple illness advice
Colds, flu-like illness, minor infections, selected rashes and general health concerns that do not require a physical examination.
Prescriptions
We can provide prescriptions where safe and clinically appropriate. We do not prescribe drugs of dependence, controlled medicines or high-risk medicines where face-to-face review or monitoring is required. E-prescriptions will be sent conveniently to your phone, email or directly to your pharmacy as required.
Medical certificates
General medical certificates and carer’s leave certificates may be provided after assessment, where clinically appropriate. WorkCover, Centrelink, legal, insurance, employment and fitness-to-drive assessments are generally not suitable for telehealth.
Referrals
Specialist, pathology and imaging referrals may be provided where clinically appropriate.
COVID-19 care
COVID-19 assessments can often be performed by telehealth. Antiviral therapy may be prescribed for patients who meet eligibility criteria. If you are short of breath, lightheaded or becoming more unwell, seek urgent care or call 000.
Mental health check-ins
Support for stress, anxiety, mood and wellbeing where telehealth is safe. These consultations often need longer appointments and are generally not bulk billed.
Sexual and reproductive health advice
Advice, referrals and treatment where suitable for telehealth.
Weight management
Healthy weight support, medical advice, referrals and treatment where clinically appropriate.
Travel advice
Travel health advice, vaccine requirement checks, malaria prophylaxis, motion sickness treatment and related prescriptions. Vaccines must be administered through a suitable face-to-face service.
Results follow-up
Blood tests, imaging and other investigation results can be discussed by telehealth when clinically appropriate and when the doctor has access to the results.
Medication review
Medication reviews for stable patients, post-hospital discharge patients and selected aged-care or home-care situations. Longer consultations may attract a private fee.
Preventive health discussions
Pre-conception counselling, cancer screening, immunisation advice, selected heart health discussions and other preventive health discussions.
Chronic disease follow-up
Selected chronic disease discussions where a physical examination is not required.
Post-hospital discharge follow-up
Medication clarification, follow-up of discharge instructions, scripts, referrals or results where timely access to your regular GP is difficult.
Support for older patients and carers
Selected telehealth support for older patients, carers, aged-care and home-care situations where telehealth can safely provide the care needed.
